Hello and welcome to our blog. First of all, we would like
to introduce ourselves as three students of the physical activity and sports
sciences degree. We define ourselves as three lovers of training, health and
nutrition and our preferred and most practiced sport modalities have been BMX,
soccer, paddle, Crossfit and strength training.
Our whole life has revolved around the sports world, so we
have been the first to suffer from erroneous popular beliefs and thoughts. With
the creation of this blog our goal is to eliminate them and give real and
quality information about the different areas that include physical activity,
fitness, health and training.
Given that these myths are widely spread worldwide, it is
important that our blog expands in as many countries as possible. To facilitate
its understanding by the largest number of countries will be written in English
