The coaches have to quantify and program the training loads (intensity, volume, exercises and density). In addition, the partner is responsible for making changes to the loads.

To make these modifications there are a series of tools to identify if the volume / intensity or the exercise / density modification has been passed.

These are the most used tools:

Variability of the heart rate: Through applications such as EliteHRV or HRV4 we can see the state of our nervous system.
RPE / Speed: Through the RPE scales or an encoder.
Muscular pain of late onset: by those known as "stiffness".
Immune system: Through the greater or lesser facility to fall ill.

Conclusion: The good trainer is not limited to the programming of the training and to obtain a feedback of the subject that is training.

To finish this text i have to put a link with a little conclusion
